Not only is Dwyane Wade celebrating one hell of a season opener this week, Mr. Three himself is also celebrating the 41st birthday of his longtime girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union (YES, I said the big FOUR ONE. Surprised huh?).

Wade surprised birthday girl Gabby with a little gift-wrapped ring box, but not the kind of ring you had in mind. Gabby, although still not engaged, is now the proud owner of a duplicate Miami Heat championship ring. The adorable twosome may not be sporting their matching rings down the aisle anytime soon, but there’s no doubt they won’t be sporting them court-side. Congrats Gabs, better luck next birthday.
